This particular blend of loose leaf black teas bergamot, and lavender (from France) is usually described as a medium-bodied tea. It is blended to pair with dairy or non-dairy milk, sugar or honey. Enjoy this tea as a wonderful morning beverage or at any time throughout the day. We encourage you to use this tea to make a latte! London Fog lattes often use this blend. This tea contains a blend of Keemun, Assam, and Ceylon black teas, bergamot oil, as well as lavender. All teas are non-GMO, and USDA certified organic. This tea is blended in small batches for the highest flavor and quality control.

This tea is of a high enough quality for three brews.

Brewing Guide: 1 teaspoon of tea (2.5 grams = 1 proper teaspoon)

Steep time: 3-5 minutes (3 minutes first brew, 4 minutes second brew, 5 minutes third brew)

Temperature: 180° F
