This is a blend of loose leaf green tea, chamomile, and lavender. This tea creates a beautiful color when brewed. Peacefulness is a light yet flavorful tea with a soothing and mellow flavor. Brewing Guide: 1 teaspoon of tea (2.5 grams = 1 proper teaspoon)

Steep time: 1-3 minutes (1 minute first brew, 2 minutes second brew, 3 minutes third brew)

Temperature: 175° F
